HF Media Corp (“HF Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

1. Filing a notice of infringement

If you believe that material available on or through this site or our platforms (including mystoriesromance.com) infringes a copyright you own or control, you may file a notice with our Designated Agent (see Section 4 below).

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must be in writing and include substantially the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (URL is preferred)
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

2. Counter-notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Send your counter-notice to the same Designated Agent below. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person

3. Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

4. Designated Agent

Notices and counter-notices may be sent to our Designated Agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:
